PPSL strives to improve its levels of service at all times. Regular investment in the latest state of the art equipment and processes has enabled us to expand the range and complexity of the various process components we clean for our customers.
PPSL occupies a 13,000 sq ft building on the outskirts of Londonderry which houses all the necessary plant and equipment to enable us to clean components in safe and environmentally friendly conditions.
PPSL has the ability to meet unique client needs, and to process individual components or large batch quantities quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. It is our willingness to work with our customers to develop bespoke cleaning regimes to meet stringent cleaning criteria that has gained us a reputation for quality and efficiency. The fact that a growing proportion of our new business comes from customer referrals is evidence in itself of the high reputation we have built up throughout Europe over recent years.
The processes used by PPSL include solvent extraction, thermo-chemical treatment, molten salt immersion, and ultra-sonic cleaning. All filters are inspected and tested after cleaning. All inspection and test results are stored in our database, and are passed to customers to enable them to track filter peformance. Other less critical components are carefully inspected to ensure thorough cleaning.
PPSL's processes are selected to meet the specific expectations of each client and detailed process records are maintained for future reference. This data can provide valuable insights into product performance for PPSL and our customers.
